Today’s quote is from the Lead Pastor of Streams of Joy International, Pastor Jerry Eze, and this quote from Pastor Jerry Eze nudges us on carry fire.
Show me a man that can pray, I will show you a man who has the capacity to create, recreate and de-create. – Pastor Jerry Eze
God made you a co-creator when he made you in Genesis. To be fruitful, as shown in Genesis 1:28 is to produce, expand and birth seeds that will grow.
What comes to you or what leaves you depends on the atmosphere you supernaturally create.
Show me a man who can pray, I will show you a man who natural forces are on hold in his life.
There is a place God is taking you to that you can’t get to without prayer.
The potency of your spiritual warfare is tied to the level of fire that is released through you.

Our fire is not for decoration, our fire is for assignments.
The assignments on our lives need a furnace dimension of burning.
Say these prayers:
- Oh lord, clothe me with a furnace. I don’t want to burn like a domestic fire.
- Oh Lord, baptize me with consistency in my prayer life.
In the realms of the spirit, titles are not respected. One of the things that will guarantee supernatural outbreak is your prayer life, not titles.
When your prayer life is on fire, you do not just say prayers. What you declare becomes written ordinances in the spirit that must be obeyed in the physical.
Do you remember the Prophet in the bible that declared, “By this time tomorrow?”
A look at II Kings 7:1-20 showed where Prophet Elisha declared that the famine in Samara will be over the next day. It sounded so unbelievable because a more powerful nation besieged Samaria and caused famine.
Prophet Elisha by the Spirit of God however declared that food would become extremely cheap the next day. He even gave the amount in which the bowl of raw food would be sold.
Situations were so bad in Samaria that two women connived to kill and boil their children as meal. So, the second in command to the King doubted the prophecy of the Prophet and dared to throw it back at his face.
Elisha however was a man of intense prayers and fellowship with God. This made his words to be divinely backed up; making them ordinances on earth.
Your words too can carry such divine backing if only you can pray well.
