Today’s quote is from Debola Deji-Kurunmi (DDK), and this quote from Debola Deji-Kurunmi (DDK) nudges us on our vision of ourselves.
What God see is the universal set of your life! What you see is a subset of what He sees. You should develop yourself to see what He sees.
DDK (Debola Deji-Kurunmi).
No vision, no life.
You need to ask yourself these questions:
- What do you want to be? A Thought Leader? A voice in your Generation?
- Who do you want to touch?
Cindy Trimm defines vision as a divine mental preview of coming attraction. She goes further to say vision is what you are able to see today as a potentiality for your tomorrow.

Important things you need to know about Vision
Vision is how you see yourself in the future. It is acquiring fresh perspective for your life from God’s vintage point for you.
When your mind is attacked, your vision is stolen from you.
Never discard your frustrations, sometimes they are signposts to the solutions you carry.
You need to be more focused on the values you can create.
As a follower of God, if he puts a thought in your heart, please don’t joke with it.
Sometimes, God’s ideas are seeds and they may not be flamboyant now to you. All you need to do is just obey and see how he makes you emerge.
Let’s look at your Vision, Purpose and Assignments
Vision gives us influence and puts us on platforms we never dreamt of.
Purpose is what God wants for you. Vision is how you catch it.
Assignments are seasonal mandates that you will be given and they are to be done in the direction of your vision.
Your calling will require some sacrifices. It could be people you can’t roll with or some food you can’t eat (ask Judge Samson in the bible).
Impact is about the people and nation(s) you are able to touch as a result of serving the vision impressed in your heart.
