- Maturity makes a leader and it not age but by depth.
- We live in a kingdom of Kings, it will be a shame for anyone to die a peasant.
- It takes a learner’s attitude to scale new heights.
- Vow not to lose relevance by taking responsibility responsibly.
2. The attitude of a servant (Which is the seed of greatness) Matthew 20:26
- You serve your way into your leadership ranking by qualitative services.
- You are not wasting your time serving the Lord, you are securing your leadership heritage.
- Every great leader must pass the servant hood test.
- The quality of your service is what determines your lifting by God.
- Until you pass the service test, you will never emerge a leader.
- The quality of your service is what determines your leadership ratings.
